ΟΙΚΟΛΟΓΙΚΗ ΕΥΣΥΝΕΙΔΗΣΙΑ In Situ
Το fleVes eco project είναι μία πρόταση οικολογικής ευσυνειδησίας που προσεγγίζεται συλλογικά από την εικαστική κοινότητα.
Θέτοντας ως στόχο μία νέα βιωματική δυναμική οπτική οικολογικής ευαισθητοποίησης.
Είναι μία διερεύνηση της οικολογικής διάστασής του, με αντικείμενο τις εικόνες που φανερώνουν το ανθρώπινο αποτύπωμα στο τοπίο που αλλαζεί ραγδαία και μπορεί να οριστεί ως μετατοπίο.
Man’s power over the environment, especially in recent years, is the reason behind the symbolic intervention on the island of Fleves and
the purification of its beaches from the sea-borne waste. The artists collected this waste from the island in October 2018 and used it
in order to create visual art.
It was initially presented at the Kallithea Marine on 20 January 2019, and the purpose of the exhibition was to amplify the ecological awareness of the public through presentations, visual events and workshops.
The purpose of the intervention is symbolic, inspired by the name fleVes Φλέβες, το οποίο παραπέμπει στην εσωτερική οργανικότητα του ανθρωπινου σώματος και την προέκτασή του ως μέρους του φυσικού περιβάλλοντος.
Θέτοντας το ερώτημα τι μας συμβαίνει εσωτερικά και η εικόνα του τοπίου αλλάζει;
Starting with this question, τέχνη παλιρροιακής ροής invited a group of artists to participate in fleVes (the eco project).
τέχνη παλιρροιακής ροής co-ordinates the group, submits ideas, and creates projects, comes into contact with the public,
the group of artists trains and is trained through a collective process in order to explore the rationale of ecological consciousness.
What is happening to us? What can we change? Where can we begin from in order to be meaningful and delimited regarding
the way we should behave in the environment in which we exist?
